Taha Tinana Fitness&Hygiene

Our physical bodies need to stay fit and clean.Our families and homes are where we learn the basic BUT important steps for this. here are 5 examples of what happens in my family.

1. me and brother run to be fit
2. my mum cook healthy food                       
3. and sometime my family walk for a long time
4. sometime I go on a bike ride with my brother
