Taha Tinana

Today my friends and I were working on  taha tinana.  This is where you have a focus on your physical well being.   What we did is to have to be on one leg for 1 minute.   It was a little bit hard but the good news is you can do this at home😊 I hope you get the chance to do something physical today too!
